It is annoying to exchange a phone case or charing cable by going to a service centre in person. Hotphone.com.hk thinks it is unacceptable and some how not responsible. All products sold by us will be granted a replacement by direct mail once it has been certified as fulfilling our Warranty Policy.

Part 1:

General Product Warranty Terms

All Moxbii, Spigen, SG Design, SOLiDE, Caudabe, and Araree products are manufactured using high-quality materials and advanced processes, and are subject to strict manufacturing standards and quality control testing. Unless otherwise specified, all products are provided with a 180-Day Limited Warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, regardless of whether they were purchased from our official website or authorized retailers.

This limited warranty does not cover the following causes or items:

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper installation.

• Damage or breakage resulting from drop impacts.

• Normal wear and tear, and reasonable discoloration or fading.

• All screen protectors (except the Metearmor Plus Screen Protector covered in Part 2).

• Claims without a valid sales receipt.

• All replacement screen protectors will be shipped via Flat Mail within Hong Kong.

• This warranty provides product replacement only. No refunds will be issued for the original purchase or the warranty claim.

Part 2:

Metearmor Plus Screen Protector - 1-Year Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage We stand firmly behind the premium quality of our Taiwanese-made Metearmor Plus Screen Protector. Designed with a soft composite material underneath a 9H hardness glass-fiber surface, it provides a smooth feel while completely preventing the shattering issues of traditional glass. To ensure your complete confidence, this 1-Year Limited Warranty offers free replacements for:

• Accidental Damage: Any structural damage during daily use, including broken film, or cracked/chipped corners.

• Installation Failure: We understand DIY installation can be tricky. If you fail to install it perfectly (e.g., severe bubbling, misaligned application, or trapped dust), we will replace it.

2. Warranty Period & Claim Limits

• The warranty is valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the original date of purchase.

• Customers can claim a maximum of two (2) free replacements within this 1-year period.

3. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered) To maintain this generous policy, the following conditions are excluded:

• Device Damage: This warranty covers only the screen protector. It does not cover any damage, repair costs, or data loss to your smartphone or device.

• Normal Wear and Tear: Minor superficial scratches that do not affect the usability of the film, and the natural fading of the anti-fingerprint/anti-smudge nano-coating over time.

• Intentional Abuse: Deliberately destroying the product to test its limits, or loss/theft of the product.

4. Claim Process To register a warranty claim, please prepare your information and follow these steps:

• Provide a clear photo of the damaged or poorly installed screen protector (still on the phone or removed).

• Provide a valid Proof of Purchase (e.g., order confirmation number or receipt).

• Please allow 7 to 10 days for your claim to be processed and dispatched.
