FAQ
Is D Armor a hard shell or a soft shell?
D Armor is fully hard on the outside and soft on the inside. All materials are completely transparent.
Many brands on the market claim to resist yellowing. How is D Armor different?
Phone cases turn yellow because sweat from hands comes into contact with soft rubber, causing a chemical reaction. The vast majority of anti-impact clear phone case brands on the market are made with a hard back plus soft edges, or entirely out of soft rubber, making it virtually impossible to resist yellowing. Moxbii D Armor tackles this structural issue by using single-piece molding technology to create a frame that is hard on the outside and soft on the inside. This completely isolates hand sweat from contacting the soft rubber, truly solving the problem.
How is D Armor's anti-impact performance?
D Armor has passed the MIL-STD 810G 516.7 SGS military drop test as well as multiple in-house drop tests. Applying the principle of a helmet shell, the frame is hard on the outside and soft on the inside, effectively absorbing shocks and resisting impacts to protect your phone.
Are the buttons difficult to press?
D Armor features a unique button design—hard on the outer side and soft on the inner side. They are crisp, provide a top-tier tactile feel, and will not turn yellow!
How heavy and bulky is D Armor?
The D Armor frame weighs only 14g (taking the 6.1-inch model as an example), which is extremely lightweight for a case with military-grade impact protection. The double-layer frame is manufactured using single-piece molding, allowing it to maintain a slim profile.
Does D Armor support wireless charging or MagSafe?
D Armor supports all types of wireless charging, including MagSafe, without affecting charging performance. However, it does not support MagSafe accessories that require stronger magnetic pull, such as MagSafe Wallets, MagSafe Car Mounts, etc. If you need to use these MagSafe accessories, we recommend removing the backplate. Using the D Armor frame alone still provides more than enough protection.
Is D Armor easy to install and remove? Will it scratch the phone body?
The inner lining of D Armor is soft rubber, so it definitely will not scratch the iPhone body. Cleverly designed clearances have been added around the four sides, making installation and removal very easy—you won't have to wrestle with the case as you might with other brands.
How do I clean it?
Alcohol causes damage to all plastics. If you need to clean it with alcohol, please do so sparingly, control the amount used, and ensure it evaporates immediately. Do not allow alcohol to seep between the case and the phone.
Proper deep cleaning method:
Remove the protective case and rinse off dust and dirt with clean water. Use a non-irritating cleaning liquid (such as hand soap), lather it up, gently rub the case, and finally rinse it clean with water. Gently pat the water dry with a tissue or soft cloth—do not rub. With proper care, the phone case should last a long time.
Where is D Armor manufactured?
From design to production, everything is completed in Taiwan. Moxbii is definitely not a white-label/rebranded product; it is genuinely developed in-house. Products are also not sold on Taobao.
*How does the 1-Year Anti-Yellowing Guarantee work?
As long as you use the D Armor (Armor) under normal conditions, if within 12 months from the date of purchase it reaches the "degree of yellowing seen on a TPU soft shell after one month of use," Moxbii provides an unconditional replacement frame (Moxbii reserves the right of final decision).
